Visit to a Dorset pumpkin patch for art inspiration

There are so many ways to get out and explore where I live (Dorset) at this time of year. And top of my list each October: visit a pumpkin patch!

Pumpkin patches are one of our top fave October activities

We try to visit a new one each year to pick as many fun varieties we can find - for carving and to display on our front steps.

This year’s pumpkin patch was at North Farm, Horton, which is just outside Wimborne.

There are so many nice coffee shops in Wimborne!, but today we stopped for a delicious coffee and cookie at Cafe by Jo - it’s got a great, chilled vibe, cosy decor and is super central.
